AT&T regularly reviews compensation practices and adapts compensation when necessary to ensure equitable pay practices. To support employees’ work-life balance, AT&T offers paid parental leave, paid caregiver leave, fertility services, maternity support, and reimbursement for adoptions. AT&T requires employees to complete anti-harassment courses and investigates all reports of harassment.

As of 2021, women constitute 30.83% of the workforce and 37% of leadership. The fraction of women in AT&T’s workforce decreased 4.56% from 2020 to 2021.
