DuPont, the American multinational chemical company, has been ranked as a LATE BLOOMER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.
DuPont has sufficient criteria for pay equity, pay parity, and annual review for the raw pay gap. The employee resource group, DuPont Women’s Network, works to create female leadership and empower gender parity intended to enhance DuPont’s performance.
As of 2021, women made up about 25% of Dupont’s workforce and 25% of women made up leadership positions in the company.
