American Tower, a real estate investment trust with telecommunications ownership, has been ranked a LATE BLOOMER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.

As part of employee onboarding, American Tower requires completion of training titled “Diversity at American Tower”. American Tower’s employee resource group, Women & Allies of American Tower Climb Higher, offers women mentorship and professional development opportunities to support their careers. American Tower offers eight weeks of paid parental leave and offers an additional six to eight weeks of paid disability leave for birthing mothers.

As of 2022, women constitute 36.7% of the workforce and 27% of leadership.
