Women's Power & Influence Index

Imagine a world where corporations are judged not only by their profits but also by their commitment to women's empowerment. Meet the Women's Power & Influence Index, your annual, data-driven measure of women's workplace equity.

If I’ve learned anything from my own experience, it’s that in order to achieve true equity at the office, we must all work together and listen to women, invest in women, and believe in women’s futures. Sounds obvious, right? That’s because it is.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's legacy on the Women's Power & Influence Index.

We understand the fight for gender equality. It’s woven into our DNA. Our history is filled with successful projects, from justice reform for women in Pakistan to reimagining legal education in Arizona. Indeed, our law school is named after one of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s counterparts: Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, the first female justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

The nationwide support for this courageous and brilliant jurist highlights that RBG’s work on gender equity remains unfinished. We hope the Index will serve as a tool of empowerment and education, encouraging women to achieve power equal to their potential.

This is our tribute to her and our promise to the countless women who are done waiting for equality.
