Capital One, a financial services company, has been ranked as a PACESETTER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.
Capital One ensures fair pay regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity through regular compensation reviews, achieving pay parity. Additionally, Capital One offers professional development and mentorship programs such as the Women In Tech internal program. To support employee work-life balance, birthing mothers can take up to 18 weeks of paid maternity leave and are offered access to their Future Moms Program, which gives employees access to a registered nurse who can answer questions. Non-birthing parents have access to up to 8 weeks of paid leave. Within the community, the CapitalOne Coders program works closely with organizations such as Girls For a Change.
