Danaher has met the respective criteria for pay equity, pay parity, and annual review to ensure the quality of pay fairness. In the U.S. and Canada, Danaher’s WOMEN +FRIENDS initiative provides key lessons for female employees through awareness and career coaching. ASIAN DESCENT +FRIENDS (U.S. and Canada) aims to uplift diverse associates on the empowerment in their careers.

As of 2021, women make up roughly 38% of the workforce and 29% of women occupy leadership positions.

We also track several other metrics that measure the effectiveness of our DE+I program, as set forth in the Data Summary attached to this report.
