eBay, the American multinational e-commerce company has been ranked as a TRAILBLAZER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.

eBay has achieved pay equity, and pay parity, and conducts annual gender pay equity reviews. To support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, eBay created the Talent Accelerator Program to provide women employees with the resources needed to support career goals at eBay. eBay also offers DEI workshops for employees to create a more inclusive workplace.

As of 2021, women made up roughly 39% of eBay’s workforce, and 32% of leadership positions are occupied by women.
