Pfizer has achieved pay parity for the fourth consecutive year in a row, focusing on ensuring their female employees feel equally appreciated and valued in their careers, specifically through their Pfizer Women’s Resource Group.
As of 2021, over half of Walmart’s workforce is female, with 40% of leadership roles being held by women.
