Oracle, a computer software company focused on cloud applications, is the third largest computer technology company in the United States and has been ranked as a LATE BLOOMER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.

Oracle has committed to women’s career advancement, specifically through their OWL program whose mission is to engage and empower current and future generations of women leaders within the company.

As of 2021, women make up 32% of Oracle’s workforce, and nearly 18% of leadership positions are held by women.
