Disney, the American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate, has been ranked as a TRAILBLAZER on the Women’s Power and Influence Index.

Disney has achieved pay parity and conducts annual reviews of the adjusted pay ratio for U.S. employees’ base pay. During Disney’s fiscal year of 2022, they launched two cohorts of the Women’s Talent Network to uplift the careers of Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) and Latina employees. Disney works to expand their pipeline of talent by following best practices, inclusive panels, and training for attracting new talent.

Data from 2021 shows women make up about 52% of the workforce at Disney and roughly 41% of women occupy leadership positions.
