Meet our Difference Engineers

Ngoc (Tisa) Tran is a dedicated junior at Arizona State University, pursuing a major in Business Data Analytics. Her academic journey is marked by a passion for data-driven solutions and social impact. Tisa is currently making contributions as a student working with The Difference Engine, ASU’s Center on the Future of Equality, where she focuses on leveraging data to drive innovative approaches to equality and inclusivity.

Her practical experience extends to her role as a Community Assistant, where she has honed her skills in fostering community engagement and supporting student development. Additionally, Tisa has worked as an ASU-Starbucks Innovation Research Intern at the ASU Starbucks Center for the Future of the People and The Planet, where she has been involved in pioneering research that explores sustainable practices and innovative solutions for the future.
