Meet our Difference Engineers

Natalie Alexander is an enthusiast for positive change and impact in her surrounding community, motivated by the work she does as a Difference Engineer for the Women’s Power and Influence Index. As a double major in Supply Chain Management and Computer Information Systems, she is passionate about creating efficient processes and data-driven decisions through uncovering stories from visualizations. She is proud to be a part of the work at The Difference Engine because they invest in her work, education, time, heart, and spirit! Learning from incredibly knowledgeable, talented faculty, Natalie is inspired by their experience and perspective. She is glad to be providing a more transparent, equitable, and healthy environment for women to thrive in the workforce.
